General T & C:
1. Original Matronix® Product User only login in this website by using their dedicated Login id & Password.
2. After login user can check his/her full profile details along with product related all details.
3. Genuine Matronix® Purchaser, who don’t have Login id & Password, can apply by click on “Apply for New Registration” & submit the form.
4. User can extend Warranty/AMC or apply for new AMC through this website.
5. User can change registered data through this website.
6. After submit the user’s any request through this website company’s
representative will contact with user within 48 working hours. If user put any wrong
contact no. or wrong information (by mistake) then Matronix will not be bounded to
contact with user.
7. User can contact with Matronix Company regarding this website related any
issue/queries through mail to enquiry@matronix.co anytime (mention name,
contact number, address etc.). Company’s representative will contact with him/her
within 48 working hours. Any Call/Whatsapp/SMS will not be accepted. Also mail
to any other mail id (except enquiry@matronix.co) will not be allowed.
8. After warranty over (15 Days over after Warranty period) “Warranty Extension”
policy will not applied..
9. After AMC over (30 Days over after AMC period last date) “AMC Extension”
policy will not applied..
10. After warranty over (30 Days over after Warranty period) “New AMC” policy
will not applied.
11. Do not share Login id & Password to anyone.
12. Only “Matronix®” & its premium series “EyeView®” & “I-Tronix®” product will
include in these policies.
13. Gift/Free/Complementary products will not be include in these policies.
14. Offer available only for specific date/time mentioned on offer images. After
that offer will be invalid.
15. Only one offer will be applied in single purchase for one customer.
16. If any product’s serial number not registered (followed by registration T&C) in
our database then immediately contact with your seller. Matronix Company has no
responsibility regarding these.
17. “Validate Your Product” only show your Matronix’s product authenticity.
Matronix Product or not. It will not show user’s data.
18. “Validate Your Product” only applicable from purchase date of 1st January,
2025. Before purchase is not applicable in this segment.
19. Offer only applicable particular user ID. Others user will not get that offer.
20. In “Validate Your Product” segment displayed product images only defined
Brand, Product & Model. It not means user using that particular displayed product.
Color, design etc. might be changed as per model’s version change..
Payment Related Terms:
1. “Warranty Extend”, “AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)” etc. all charges are
varies depends on products & will be subject to discuss with company’s
representative.
2. Without payment proof, no payment will be accepted. Also user need to pay
company’s dedicated current account (provide by company only). Any kind of
payment to “any representative’s personal account” or “any other account” or
“cash payment” will not allowed & will not accepted strictly.
3. Company have full rights to return back user’s registration/warranty
extend/AMC related paid amount if company found any false information (provided
by user in any segment) & cancel/block user’s profile.
4. Beware of frauds. Don’t pay anyone if your product’s status showing “Not
Genuine”. It’s not possible to change “Non-genuine Product” into “Genuine
Matronix Product”. Also no one (except Mother Company) can register your
product under Matronix’s database.
5. Company have full rights to return back user’s registration/warranty
extend/AMC related paid amount if found any changes (after payment) compare
with before payment provided data/picture.
Violation of Terms & Condition (Breach of Contract):
1. “Matronix Optotechnik Pvt. Ltd.” have full authority to Cancel/Block/Inactive
user’s profile anytime without give any prior notice if any following points happen:
(i) If user resale or handover registered Matronix product to anyone.
(ii) If user purchase any Matronix® product from any unregistered
source/person/organization then Matronix Company will not liable to provide User's
dedicated login details. Also these rules remain on: if user show "Without GST Bill"
or "GST bill with wrong HSN code applied" or "False Tax Invoice".
(iii) If user handover his/her dedicated login details with anyone.
(iv) If company found any false information registered in “User Profile” which
provided by user previously or get mismatch anything.
(v) If user have any due payment pending to company.
(vi) If user done any wrong behaviour with company or its representative.
2. If user purchase any Matronix® product from any unregistered
source/person/organization (under Matronix) then Matronix will not liable to provide
User’s dedicated login details.
3. It is mandatory show “User Profile” in every service time infront of Service
Engineer or before service (if company want). If “User Profile” is inactive/blocked
or any registered data mismatch with existing data then Matronix will not liable to
give service until resolve that particular issue.
4. Any other brand’s or non-brand’s (except Matronix, I-Tronix, EyeView) product
will not be included in these policies strictly.
5. Do not try to tamper/modify/customise machine’s serial no. or any sticker/label
attached to the machine. If anything found, then all pending Warranty/AMC/Any
Service Policies will be void.
6. Do not use other’s offer as your own. Each offer registered with separate user
ID.
7. Do not try to tamper/modify/customise offer image.
8.Company have full authority to void user’s offer if found any false/wrong
information provided by user.
9. Company have full authority to cancel any product’s validation if found anything
which is against Matronix’s T&C.
10. Company have full authority to block/inactive user’s profile if found user did
anything wrong related with offer’s image or product validation.
Zone Division State Wise:
You need to select zone for login in to your profile. All states in India are divided by 4
separate zone described below:
North Zone: New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh (UP), Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Jammu
and Kashmir (J&U), Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh & Uttarakhand.
East Zone: Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal (WB), Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal
Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Tripura & Mizoram.
West Zone: Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh (MP), Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh
South Zone: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh (AP), Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Kerala & Goa
Governing Law: The terms and conditions of the user shall be governed in all respect by the Indian laws. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Court of Delhi, India only. Also the parties to these terms and conditions hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India only.
